BERLINEO DATA SECURITY POLICY
Data security
Data security has the highest priority at Berlineo. Our business is based on national and EU regulations, compliance with which is key for us. In addition, we adapt our procedures, infrastructure and safeguards to the stringent requirements of our customers, which include the world's leading companies.
Consequently, we have developed methods and implemented solutions to ensure a high level of security for the data entrusted to us.
Bezpieczeństwo danych w Berlineo
In order to meet formal and legal requirements, as well as to meet the needs of our customers, data protection and information security have been formalised in our organisation. As part of a two-pronged effort, on the one hand, an Information Security Policy and a Personal Data Protection Policy were established, and on the other hand, we implemented a number of solutions and physical and software safeguards to achieve the objectives set out in the aforementioned policies.
The Information Security Policy has been drawn up to ensure and demonstrate that all data, including but not limited to personal data, company data, content of concluded contracts, patent applications, terms of cooperation, price lists, investment plans, etc. provided to BERLINEO for the purposes of quotation or performance of the translation services, are processed and secured in accordance with good information confidentiality practices and in compliance with the legal requirements concerning the principles of data processing and security in translation companies, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
The Personal Data Protection Policy has been developed and implemented within the BERLINEO structure to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the requirements of applicable Polish and European legislation in this regard.
The aforementioned policies are the two pillars that make up the internal rules and principles of conduct in our day-to-day work, as well as with regard to our subcontractors. The third pillar encompasses our comprehensive safeguards and methodology, attentiveness in day-to-day tasks and decision-making.
All questions and concerns relating to information security and data protection should be addressed to the Data Security Officer appointed by the Data Controller at: bezpieczenstwo-danych@poczta.berlineo.pl.
