Updating your previous translations
Translation update
Translation updating is a service which allows you to pay only once for several translations of one company document. All completed translations are stored in a Translation Memory which is used for each of your projects.
It is not uncommon for a company or corporation to have dozens of documents based on the same template. For large companies with a complex organisational structure the degree of similarities between documents may evenexceed 50%. It may sound surprising, but in fact companies often order translation of the same documents over and over again. What is more, they place orders at various translation companies. You can change this and start saving financial resources of you company.
Thanks to the translation updating services offered at Berlineo you can optimise costs and save time. If your source document has been altered in some way, i.e. certain fragments have been modified, added or removed, you don’t have to pay for updating as much as for a completely new translation. Our project managers will analyse the new document in terms of repetitions and modifications and then the translation will be updated so as to match the new source material. Would you like to know how it’s done? Read more here about Translation Memory.
Translation updating services are addressed in particular to customers regularly ordering translations and can be applied to all kinds of documents, e.g. trade agreements, employment agreements, financial reports, manuals, MSDSs, etc.
Certification by a sworn translator
If you have a translation which requires certification by a sworn translator, you have come to the right place. You won’t have to pay again for another translation of the same document. All you need to do is provide us with the original document and its translation. Our sworn translator will verify and certify it, adding annotations about stamps, signatures and graphic elements, if necessary.
In most cases the total cost of standard translation and additional certification equals the cost of a certified translation.
